Consummate Believers is a 9-song exploration of the stories told to Adam by his two grandmothers. On his mother’s side, Sylvia Weinkranz is 104 years old. She is a Holocaust survivor. Of her, Adam says, “Her story of survival, and the loss it brought is impossible to understand.” On his father’s side, Frances Weinberg is 99 years old. Her family was already in
the United States before WWII broke out. She grew up in extreme poverty and spent WWII helping families who lost loved ones in the war. She lived her life as the ultimate optimist, and while relegated to a wheelchair since Covid, she remains joyous.

“This album is about these two women. The songs are stories drawn from tales and ideas I heard from these remarkable women.”

The show features Adam Weinberg on vocals & guitar, Jason Matthews on keyboards and Moshe Ribbi on drums/percussion. Come and experience the full album along with other original tunes decorated with stories about the lives of Adam’s grandmothers — including tales of survival during the Holocaust.
