Grace Our Space with Your Artwork!

We feature the work of contemporary creators on our century-old walls. It’s a part of our commitment to inhabiting the intersection of Jewish tradition and 21st century Baltimore.

If you make two dimensional artwork and would like to share your creations with the Third Space community, let’s talk. Special consideration will be given to Baltimore-area artists and Jewish artists, though you need not be both (or either) to be considered. All two-dimensional media (and 3D that can be hung on the wall) are welcome, please anticipate sharing between 10 and 20 pieces.

A person with short hair, visible from the mid-torso up and wearing a short sleeved striped shirt with a collar smiles at the camera in front of a framed collage depicting a green dome behind trees.

Featured Exhibit
Third Space: A Photographic Reconstruction

Barry Berman, Bill Petok, and Ofer Sabath Beit Halachmi, all members of the Baltimore Photography Club, present photos of the reinvigoration of a sacred space

Third Space: A Photographic Reconstruction is a collaborative exhibition featuring the work of three photographers from the Baltimore Photography Club. Through their collective lenses, they document the metamorphosis of a historic sanctuary as it undergoes a physical and spiritual rebirth. These images capture the delicate transition of a storied building learning a new purpose—bridging the gap between its sacred past and its sacred (and joyful!) future as a space for learning, laughter, performance, and most of all, community building.

You can visit the Third Space: A Photographic Reconstruction exhibit through June 2026
