No art-making experience required—come explore and celebrate this new creative space with us! Even more exciting, Third Space community member Emily Gaines Demsky will be leading our Jewish Studio Project efforts in the year ahead!
The Jewish Studio Project (JSP) is a nationally recognized organization that builds creative capacity across the Jewish community. This new partnership with Third Space brings JSP’s methodology and best practices to Baltimore. Through hands-on programming that blends art-making and deep Jewish learning, we will create opportunities for people to tap into their innate creativity and connect more deeply with themselves and each other.
Emily Gaines Demsky is passionate about the power of perspective. She makes bright paintings of flowers – the ultimate symbol of hope and possibility – and she is the founder of Tell Me 3 Good Things on Substack, a community practice where we Notice, Name + Share simple good things each day as a way of keeping hope alive during difficult times. Emily is also the creator of the f/LIGHT DECK, a tangible tool to help curious people shift their perspective and shift their lives.
